Mondays are gonna be a day where I reflect on all of last weeks (and the weekends) happenings.
A lot got accomplished last week. I am trying harder to get myself on a schedule. And everyone who is self employed knows how hard that is. It is soo easy to just sleep in and piddle around in the house and not get anything accomplished. No boss looking over your shoulder and the only deadlines to meet are the ones you set yourself. Im working on it tho. And I like the results so far.
This week was a time for early shoots. I mean EARLY! Thursday I was downtown ready to shoot at 7:45. Today's Office needed new pictures of their showrooms and all the staff. Today's Office specializes in modern work spaces. Whether thats cubicles or doctor's offices. And let me tell you....their stuff is cool. Not your typical cubicle. Very colorful and neat furniture. I took there pictures last year but just of one of their design teams. But this time it was everyone...from the boss lady to the truck driver guys. We had sooo much fun. I get to take over the showrooms and rearrange anything I want. I could shoot in there all day with all the fun things they have.
Saturday at SEVEN IN THE MORNING, I had this fantastic shoot with 2 great clients of mine, Amy and Justin McBroom! Ive shot them several times and love it. These two have been married for several years and act like teenagers in love. I love the way he looks at her. It would melt any woman's heart. They were such great sports. With coffee in tow we set of to rock some pictures. Here is a sneak peek.

You will understand the "pocketwatch" thing when the rest of the album is posted.
Amy and Justin are moving to New Mexico in three weeks. I will greatly miss them and wish them the best in this new adventure!
Oh and I won a contest on www.scarlettlovesstephen.com!!!!! See a few blogs ago for the submission. I recieved a ShootSac as the prize...which I just got today (as I was writing this blog actually). Its awesome! Ive been drooling over one of these camera bags for a while. For those non-photographer people who read this. www.shootsac.com makes these AMAZING photography bags that you can buy different covers for to personalize them. They are so cute and the best thing is is that they dont look like the horrible manly bags that have been the norm for a while. YAY CUTE BAGS!!! So excited!
Sooo...great week last week gang!! Hope yours was equally as awesome!!
